Facility Management

Facility Management is our little operation based in Noida. We are in Sector 61, specifically at C-309 in the Royal Towers. It is a pretty standard office building in a decent part of Uttar Pradesh. Being in Noida means we are surrounded by a lot of other businesses, but the Royal Towers has its own feel. Our office isn't anything to brag about. It's just a functional space with some chairs and tables. We spend a lot of time on our phones or at our desks. Sometimes the elevators in the building are a bit slow, so we end up waiting around, but that gives us a chance to chat with the neighbors. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy handbook. We just show up and do what needs to be done for the day. It’s mostly about keeping things running smoothly. The team is small and we don't really go for that corporate vibe. We just use plain English and try to be clear with everyone. Sector 61 is a good spot because it’s easy to get to, and we’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name. It’s a straightforward business and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We are just here at C-309 working away and making sure the jobs get finished. The office gets a bit of sun in the afternoon which makes it a nice place to sit.
