Our setup is located in Sector 50 of Noida, inside the Ats Green-2 complex. We are in Flat 3201, which is where we manage our BPO operations. It’s a bit different from a typical office building because we are situated in a residential society area. We handle various back-office tasks and support services for different clients who need some extra help. It’s mostly computer work and taking calls, so the office is full of screens and headsets most of the time. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist at the front to greet you. It’s just a practical workspace where the team gets their tasks done every day. Working in Noida, you get used to the fast pace of the city life. We have a small group of people who come in and do their shifts regularly. We don't use a lot of corporate talk here. We just focus on the data and the customer queries that come through our system. Sometimes the internet acts up or we have a long day with a lot of files to process, but that's just the nature of the work we do. We’ve been in this flat for a while now, and it suits our needs for the kind of work we handle. It’s quiet enough for us to concentrate. We aren't trying to be a global giant; we just provide the solutions our clients ask for from this little corner of Noida. It’s a steady job and we try to do it right.
