B Strategic Hr & It Services Pvt. Ltd. is located at 3B, Block D-4, in Udyog Vihar. We are over in the Lig Flats area of Sector-82, Noida. This part of Noida is a mix of residential buildings and small offices, so it has a busy, lived-in feel to it. The office is inside the Lig Flats complex, which means it is not a big commercial tower. It is a more modest setup that feels quite integrated with the surrounding neighborhood. We have been in Sector-82 for a while and we like the convenience of it. The rooms are not huge, so we have to be careful with how we arrange the desks and chairs so nobody feels too cramped. Most of our work involves sitting at computers and taking care of HR and IT tasks. It is a lot of spreadsheets and emails most days. We do not have a fancy cafeteria, so we usually just bring our own tiffins or order something from the small eateries nearby. The parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes since it is a residential area, but we usually manage to find a spot. There is a lot of activity around here with people coming and going from the flats. It is a very normal, everyday kind of environment. We are not into flashy displays or corporate jargon. We just show up at Block D-4 and get on with what needs to be done.
