Even though the name says Gurgaon, our actual working spot is D-50 over in Sector 27, Noida. It causes a bit of confusion sometimes with the mail and people trying to visit, but we’ve been here long enough that most people figure it out eventually. Noida Sector 27 is a busy place. We share the area with a lot of other offices and some houses too. The building is just a standard one, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, Axind Software is basically a bunch of people trying to keep up with their daily tasks. We have our desks lined up and there’s usually a lot of chatter about different projects we have going on. It’s definitely not a quiet library environment. We prefer it that way though. Being in U.P. has its own pace and rhythm. We deal with clients mostly over the phone or through email. Most of us have to commute from different parts of the NCR. It’s a lot of time spent in traffic every morning and evening, but once we get to the office, we just get down to business. We don't have fancy decorations or a lounge area. Just the essentials for writing code and managing data. Sometimes we have tea breaks downstairs at the corner stall when we need a breather. It’s a good way to clear our heads. We’ve had some good years here. It’s just a normal workplace.
