Avis E Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is based at D-35 in Sector-2. It’s a standard office block in a fairly organized part of town. We don’t have a giant sign or anything like that. Inside, it’s mostly computers and people sitting at desks. We work on various digital things and data. It can get pretty quiet when everyone is focused on their screens. We have a small pantry where we make tea and chat during breaks. It’s not a corporate headquarters with glass walls. It feels more like a workspace where people actually get things done. We’ve been in Sector-2 for some time and we like the location. It’s easy to get to. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller team, which means we all have to do a bit of everything. Sometimes we’re fixing technical issues, other times we’re just handling emails. There is no dress code here, so you’ll see us in jeans and t-shirts most of the time. We don’t bother with fancy presentations for ourselves. We just focus on the work on our desks. It’s a steady pace. Some days are faster than others depending on what’s coming in. We just keep plugging away at the tasks we have in front of us without making too much of a fuss about it all.
