Assestent Manager

I’m working as the Assestent Manager over at J_200 in Sector 41, Noida. It’s a busy part of town, and our office is right in the thick of it. My days are mostly spent keeping track of what’s going on and making sure things don't fall apart around the office. It’s a lot of coordination and talking to people on the phone or in person. Noida is a fast place, but we try to keep a steady pace here at our Sector 41 location. The office itself isn't very big, and we have a lot of files stacked up on the side tables and on the floor. I usually get in early to get a head start before the phones start ringing and everyone starts asking questions. It’s a practical job, and I’ve been doing it long enough that I know most of the regulars who come through the door. We don't have any corporate mission posters on the walls, just a basic calendar and some notes taped to the computer monitors. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but we’ve all gotten used to it by now. I try to stay organized, though some days are just a bit chaotic with everyone needing something at the same exact time. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to get through the daily to-do list. We aren't trying to change the world here. We are just making sure the business runs smoothly every single day.
