Arjit Agarwal

I am Arjit Agarwal and my office is located on Main Dadri Road in Sector 49, Noida. The area is specifically called Babrola. It’s a very busy part of town with a lot of dust and noise from the traffic. I’ve been here for a while, and I’ve seen this part of Noida change a lot. My office is a simple place. I don’t have a big staff or a fancy reception desk. It’s just a room with my computer, a large drawing table, and stacks of files. I spend most of my time here or out at construction sites nearby. Being on the main road is helpful because it makes the office easy to find for anyone coming from outside Sector 49. I don’t use any marketing language to describe what I do. I just draw the plans that people need for their houses or shops. It’s a very direct process. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but I just keep working on my sketches. It’s a bit of a cluttered space, but I know where everything is. I like the busy-ness of Babrola; it keeps me feeling connected to what’s happening on the ground. People often drop by without an appointment just to talk about a potential project. I don’t mind that at all. It’s just how I’ve always run things from this Dadri Road address.
