Aretech Infosystems Pvt Ltd is located right here in Sector 17 of Noida. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you know the area. We do a lot of info systems work, which basically means we spend our lives in front of screens. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got some desks, some decent chairs because we sit a lot, and a lot of cables running everywhere. It’s not the neatest place you’ve ever seen, but we know where everything is. We have a few people who are really good at the technical stuff and others who handle the admin side. We don't bother with fancy mission statements or wall art. We just focus on getting the systems to work correctly. Sometimes a project takes longer than we thought, so we end up staying late and ordering food. That’s just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We’re small enough that everyone knows everyone’s business. We like it that way. It makes the day go by faster when you can just turn around and ask a question instead of sending an email to someone in a different department. We’ve been in Noida for a while and we’ve seen the streets get busier and the buildings get taller. We’re just staying focused on our computers and making sure our clients are taken care of.
