Aqua Point Marketing Servicing

We are located right inside the Ghaziabad District Court Compound at Raj Nagar 82. It is a very hectic place to work because of all the legal activity, lawyers rushing around, and people waiting for their cases. Our little spot is often busy because everyone needs clean water, especially when they are stuck at the court all day. The area gets very dusty, and we spend a lot of time cleaning the equipment and making sure the filters aren't getting choked up. We handle marketing and servicing for water systems, but mostly it’s the servicing part that keeps us on our toes. We have a couple of guys who are always out on their bikes in the Raj Nagar area. They carry their kits and swap out cartridges for local offices and homes. Our office is small and functional, with a few chairs and stacks of paperwork. It’s loud because of the crowd outside, and sometimes it’s hard to have a quiet conversation. We don't have any big mission statements. We just show up, take the service calls, and make sure the machines are doing what they are supposed to do. It’s a lot of manual labor and dealing with the heat, but we’re used to the pace of the court compound. We just try to get the jobs done properly so people don't have to worry about their drinking water.
