RozetKitchenAppliances is based right here in Noida. This city is always moving. We have our setup in a spot that works for us. It’s not in the middle of the most expensive district, but it’s where we feel comfortable. The space has a lot of boxes stacked up against the walls. We try to keep a path clear so no one trips. It smells a bit like cardboard and dust most days. Noida can get really hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are pointed in the right direction. We don't have a big corporate HR department or anything like that. If there's a problem, we just talk it out over lunch. The windows look out onto a street that stays busy until late at night. Sometimes we stay late too, just to catch up on things. There is a small shop downstairs that sells snacks and cold drinks, which is helpful during those long afternoons. We've been in Noida for a while and have seen how much it has grown. It’s a lot different now than it was a few years ago. We just keep doing our work in our corner of the city. We don't use fancy titles or have big meetings. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and try to keep things moving forward. It's a simple life for us here.
