Karma Water Solutions Pvt Ltd is located in Sector 10 at Office No C 41. It’s a busy part of the sector. The office is on the smaller side, but it fits everything we need. There are some filing cabinets that don't always close properly and a stack of papers on almost every surface. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes work just gets ahead of us. C 41 is a place where we spend at least eight or nine hours every day. The morning sun comes through the side window and hits the floor in a bright patch for about an hour. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to break the silence. Sector 10 has a lot going on, so there is always some kind of noise coming from outside. Whether it's a truck backing up or people talking on their phones, it’s never truly quiet. We don't have a formal dress code or anything. Most of us just wear what's comfortable for the weather. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day. If someone is heading out, they usually ask if anyone else needs anything from the shop. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t even notice the little quirks of the office anymore. It’s just our workspace. We come in, do the work, and then lock up for the night. We just keep our focus on the daily routine.
