Our place is out in Kasna, specifically at D-156 in the Epip Site-V area. If you’ve ever been out this way, you know it’s mostly just a stretch of factories and wide roads that get pretty dusty when the wind picks up. We do knitting work here at Aov Clever Knits Private Limited. It's a lot of machinery and big rolls of fabric sitting around in the warehouse. Most of us have been working with textiles for a long time, so we know the specific sound a machine makes when it's about to have a problem. It’s never a quiet job. There’s always that rhythmic clicking of the needles going on. We usually start pretty early in the morning before the local traffic gets too bad. The building itself is very practical and plain. We don't have fancy paintings on the walls or anything like that. Instead, we have shelves full of yarn and long tables where the finished pieces get checked over by hand. Sometimes the power flickers, which is just part of being in this part of town, but we have generators to keep the knits moving. It’s a straightforward life for us. We just make sure the pieces are the right size and that the colors look okay. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we see each other at the tea stalls during breaks. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to make sure the orders are loaded on time and the work is done right.
