Annex Solutions

You have to go up to the third floor at D-4 in Sector-7 to find Annex Solutions. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens more often than we’d like. Our office space is mostly filled with desks and a lot of paper. We do a lot of data work and coordination for different projects. It’s not the kind of place that looks impressive to outsiders, but we know where everything is. There are usually three or four of us here at any given time, typing away or talking to someone on the phone. The view from the third floor isn't much, just the tops of other buildings and the street below, but it’s quiet enough for us to get things done. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby; you just walk in and someone will look up from their screen. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff that people don't usually see. It’s a lot of double-checking numbers and making sure files are sent to the right people. Some days are longer than others, especially when a deadline is coming up and we’re all stuck here until late at night eating takeout. Sector-7 is a decent place to be based, even with the parking trouble downstairs. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks we have for the day. It’s a simple operation, run by people who just want to get the job finished.
