Ankh Software Development Cell

Ankh Software Development Cell is located at D-37, Sector-59. It’s a fairly typical office building for this part of the city. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of monitors and a lot of tangled power strips. We aren't the kind of tech company you see in movies with bean bags and free snacks. It’s more of a place where people sit down, put their headphones on, and stare at code for eight hours a day. The lighting is a bit dim because most of the guys prefer it that way to see their screens better. We handle various software projects, some big and some small. There’s always a whiteboard somewhere covered in scribbles that nobody can quite read after a few days. Sector-59 is a busy area, so getting lunch nearby is easy, though the traffic at five o'clock is a nightmare. We’re a small group of developers and support staff. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy. If something breaks, we all just huddle around a screen until someone figures out why. It’s a bit chaotic at times, especially when a deadline is coming up and everyone is living on tea and biscuits. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just building stuff that works for our clients. It’s a solid job and we’ve got a good group of people here who actually enjoy the puzzles we have to solve every day at the office.
