We are over at A-98 in Sector 5. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main market areas, which is nice for us. The shop isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit quite a few racks along the walls. I usually spend the first hour of the day dusting the shelves because the road outside gets quite a bit of dust. The door has a slight creak that I’ve been meaning to oil for months. We mostly see the same faces every week, people who live in the nearby blocks. Sometimes someone new wanders in while they are looking for another address. We have a small stool in the corner where I sit when there’s nobody around. The clothes are mostly just basic stuff for daily wear. We try to keep things tidy, but by the evening, the piles of shirts usually look a bit tumbled. My cousin comes by in the evenings to help with the inventory. We don't have any big signs or bright lights, just the name above the door. The floor is that old grey tile that stays cool even when it’s boiling outside. We don't do anything fancy here, just sell clothes and talk to the neighbors. It's a simple life running this place, and it keeps us busy enough from morning until we pull the shutters down at night. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just wait it out until it comes back.
