Anaadih Softech

We are located over in Sector-63, which stays pretty packed with people and cars most days. If you find the G-9 building, you just head up to the first floor and that is where Anaadih Softech is set up. It’s not a huge place, but we have enough room for the desks and some chairs for when people come by. Being in Noida means there is always something going on outside, but we try to keep our heads down and stay busy with the tech work. Some days the internet acts up or the power fluctuates, which is just part of living and working here, so we deal with it and keep moving. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It is just a handful of us who like building things for the web. We’ve had some people stay with us for a long time, and others come and go as they find different paths. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are more focused on what is happening on our screens than what the office looks like. It is a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, especially during lunch when the smell of home-cooked food fills the whole floor. It feels like a normal workplace where everyone knows each other’s names. We don’t use scripts when we talk to folks. It is just honest work done by regular people trying to make a living in the city.
