Over here at C-7, Sector-6, things stay pretty consistent. Amson has been operating out of this unit for some time, and it feels like a second home to most of us. Sector-6 can be a bit noisy in the afternoons when the local trucks are moving, but inside it’s just the usual hum of business. We aren't a big corporate chain with a glass lobby. Our space is functional and maybe a little cramped when a new shipment arrives. We have a few old chairs and a kettle that takes forever to boil. Most of our day is spent handling orders and talking to people who’ve been coming to us for years. There’s no big secret to how we run things. We just show up, check the lists, and try not to make too many mistakes. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the rain on the roof during monsoon season. Sometimes the power cuts out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone telling us how to speak. We just talk like regular people. It’s quiet in the mornings before the rest of the sector wakes up, and that’s usually when we get the most done. We like the location even if parking is a bit of a headache. It’s just home for Amson, and we don't see that changing anytime soon. We just keep the doors open and the kettle on for anyone who needs to drop by.
