Akshada Fashions Private Limited is up on the 2nd floor of C-108 in Sector 2. We are right near the SBI Bank, so if you find the bank, you’ve basically found us. Being on the second floor means we don’t get as many random people walking in from the street, but it gives us a bit more space to work without the noise from outside. You have to walk up the stairs, which is good exercise I suppose. We spend our days mostly dealing with the production side of things. There are usually a few people at their desks or working with samples. It’s not a showroom where everything is perfectly polished, it’s more of a place where the actual work happens. We have rolls of cloth and patterns spread out everywhere. The light in the office is pretty good during the day which helps. Sector 2 is a busy hub and being near the bank means there’s always people around. We started this company because we knew the clothing business well and wanted a place to call our own. It’s been a few years now and we are still here, doing the same daily tasks. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one that gets the orders done on time. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls, but we manage. Most days are busy but we enjoy the routine.
