Our office is on the first floor of H.No. V-250 in Sector 12, Noida. It’s a converted house, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office building. Agreeya Solution has been here for a bit. We like this area because it’s easy for the staff to get to. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we heat up our lunch boxes. The work we do is mostly about solving problems for other companies. It involves a lot of meetings and looking at spreadsheets. We don't wear suits or ties here. Usually, it's just jeans and t-shirts. The vibe is pretty relaxed as long as the work gets done on time. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big project, but we try to keep a balance. There’s a park nearby where some of us go for a walk during the break. We aren't some massive corporation with thousands of people. It’s a tight-knit group where everyone knows everyone else’s name. We don't have a big receptionist out front. If someone knocks, whoever is closest to the door goes to answer it. It’s just a practical way to run a business. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay out of the corporate drama. Sometimes the printer jams, and we all have to take turns trying to fix it. It's just a normal day for us.
