We are Adi-Media Pvt. Ltd. and we operate out of Noida. We haven't moved to one of the giant glass towers yet, and honestly, we aren't sure we ever will. We just have a regular office space here where we do our media work. It’s a lot of sitting in front of monitors and trying to get files to upload. Noida is a big place, and being here puts us near a lot of other companies, but we mostly keep to ourselves. Our team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. There isn't a lot of formality. We don't have a dress code or scheduled "fun" activities. We just work. The office usually has some music playing in the background to keep things from being too silent. Sometimes it gets a bit cluttered with old equipment and papers, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people to write fancy descriptions of what we do. We just do media projects for our clients and try to make sure everything is finished on time. It’s a straightforward life. We appreciate being in Noida because everything we need is just a short drive or rickshaw ride away. It’s a good city for a business like ours to grow at its own pace.
