At Venus Conferences & Exhibitions Pvt Ltd, we work out of Sector 55 in Noida. Our office is at D-207. If you know Noida, you know Sector 55 is a mix of different types of buildings. We’ve been here for a while, and the space is pretty well-used. Since we deal with conferences and exhibitions, there’s always a lot of planning going on. You’ll see floor plans pinned to the walls and stacks of brochures or badges sitting on the tables. It’s not a perfectly tidy office, but that’s because there is always something being prepared for an upcoming event. We have a small team, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the phone or helping pack up gear for a show. The commute to Sector 55 isn't too bad, although the parking around the building can be a bit of a puzzle sometimes. We don't go in for fancy decor; the furniture is just basic stuff that gets the job done. Most days involve a lot of logistics and coordinating with different people over the phone. It can be a bit stressful when a big event is coming up, but we just keep at it. We’re just regular people trying to make sure things go off without a hitch. We like the local vibe of the area and the fact that we can just focus on our tasks without too many distractions.
