Times Business Solutions (The Times Of India Group)

We are located at B 225 Kendriya Vihar in Sector 51, Noida. It is a quiet residential society, so it doesn’t really feel like a typical office building. Most of us just walk through the main gates and head up to the unit. Times Business Solutions has been here for a bit. Being part of The Times Of India Group sounds big, but inside this specific office, it’s just a regular bunch of people working on laptops. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, and the tea guy comes around at eleven. Sector 51 is a decent place to be because it isn't as chaotic as some other parts of Noida. We have some desks pushed against the windows. You can see the trees outside and the kids playing in the park sometimes. It gets quiet in the afternoons. We don't really do big meetings with fancy slides. Usually, we just talk over the desks or meet in the small kitchen area. The parking can be a bit of a pain if you get here late, so most of us try to arrive early. It’s a practical setup. Nothing too special to look at, just a functional space where we handle our daily tasks. We spend a lot of time on calls and looking at screens. It feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters, which is actually kind of nice.
