Our office is Mindworks Global Media Pvt Services and we are based in Noida, at House No 5 in Arun Vihar, Sector 37. It’s an old residential area, mostly retired army folks live around here. Working out of a house gives the place a specific feel. It’s not like those sterile office blocks in Sector 62. We have different rooms for different teams. The kitchen is where most of the gossip happens over tea. It’s a bit tight when we have meetings, but it works for us. Sector 37 is a good spot because it’s well-connected. You have the metro nearby and the golf course is just a stone's throw away. We do media services, so it’s a lot of deadlines and rushing around. But we don't act like it's a big deal. We just do the work. The house has a small garden in the front that we don't take care of as much as we should. It’s a bit cluttered with papers and old equipment in the corners. We aren't trying to look perfect. We’re just a bunch of people working in a house in Arun Vihar. It’s comfortable and familiar. We’ve been here for years and the neighbors know us. It’s a practical setup for what we need to do. Just a regular day at House No 5. We usually keep the main gate closed to keep the street noise out. Someone usually brings in biscuits to share with everyone.
