Mci Management India Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Sector 40 in Noida. We are over at A-144 in the Golf Links area, which is actually a pretty quiet part of the neighborhood compared to some of the main markets. Our office isn't anything too flashy, just a solid place where we spend our hours working through management tasks and keeping things organized. Most of the people working here have been around for a while, so we all know how the printer likes to jam or which windows to keep shut when it gets dusty outside. The commute to Sector 40 is decent for most of us, though traffic near the main Noida roads can be a bit of a headache during the morning rush. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of folders. We don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders; we’re more focused on getting through the daily list of things that need doing. Sometimes we order food from the local shops nearby when we’re staying late to finish a project. It’s the kind of office where everyone knows each other’s names and how they like their tea. We just keep things practical and keep the business running from our little corner of the city. It’s been our home base for a while now, and we’re quite used to the rhythms of the street and the people around us.
