Iservices Bpo

We work out of an office at D-10/2 here in Noida, under the name Iservices Bpo. It’s a fairly basic setup where a group of us handle customer support and various service tasks for other companies. We aren't a massive call center. It’s a much smaller operation, which I think makes it a bit nicer to work in. Most of our day involves sitting at our desks and working through various tasks on the computer. It can get pretty repetitive, but we try to make the best of it. We don't really have any big corporate policies or fancy titles. Everyone just chips in and helps out where they can. We focus on getting the daily targets met without a lot of fuss. Noida is a busy place, and there’s always something going on outside, but inside we just keep our heads down and do the work. We have our tea breaks and talk about our lives, which helps pass the time. We aren't trying to be the most famous BPO in the world. We just want to provide a solid service and make sure the details are right for everyone involved. Sometimes we have to deal with difficult calls or technical errors, but that’s just part of the job. It’s a straightforward place to work with a team of people who just want to do their jobs well and go home to their families at night.
