We are based at C-21C in Rajat Vihar, which is part of Sector 62 in Noida. If you know this area, you know it’s packed with different companies, but we try to keep our workplace feeling a bit more personal. I Bpo Services is where we handle a lot of the back-end stuff that keeps other businesses running. It’s a lot of phone work and data entry, which can be tiring, but we’ve got a good rhythm going. Our office is pretty simple with rows of computers and a small area where we eat our lunch. We don't have those fancy lounge areas you see in movies. It’s just a place to work. We spend most of our hours with headsets on, talking to people and solving their problems. Sometimes the shift work is hard, especially when we have to stay late, but we support each other. We don't go in for big mission statements or corporate lingo. Our goal is just to make sure the work is accurate and finished on time. Sector 62 has its ups and downs, like the traffic and the noise, but it’s a good hub for what we do. We’ve been here for a few years and have become a steady part of the local scene. It’s honest, steady work and we take pride in just being reliable for our clients. We keep things simple and try to do right by the people we serve every single day.
