Our office is at 33, Civil Lines in Moradabad, right near St. Paul’s School. It’s a good location because it’s a bit away from the main chaos of the market. Fair Design India is where we spend our time working on various design projects. We are a small team of designers and technicians. Our space is usually full of drawings, material samples, and half-finished prototypes. It’s not the neatest office you’ll ever see, but it’s where we get our best work done. We don't really care about looking like a big polished corporation. We’d rather focus on the actual design work. Moradabad is known for its craftsmanship, and we try to bring some of that into what we do here. Most days involve a lot of trial and error as we figure out how a product should look and feel. We talk a lot, argue a bit about designs, and eventually come to a decision. We don’t use a lot of industry jargon; we just talk about what works and what doesn’t. It’s a practical and hands-on environment. We’ve been at this for several years now and have built up a good relationship with local makers. We’re just a bunch of regular people who like to build and design things that make sense for our clients without adding a bunch of unnecessary costs or complicated features they don't need.
