Expomedia Events India Pvt Ltd is located at G-67 in Sector 25, which is part of Jal Vayu Vihar in Noida. Being in a residential colony means the surroundings are usually peaceful. Our office is a simple setup where we handle all the planning for different exhibitions and shows. We have piles of brochures and maps of trade fair grounds stacked up on every available surface. Some days the phone doesn't stop ringing and it gets a bit loud in the small room. We have been based in Jal Vayu Vihar for a good number of years. The office just has a few basic desks and a couple of old cupboards for storage. We spend a lot of time talking to people who want to book stalls and making sure we have the right measurements for everything. When a big event is coming up, things can get pretty stressful and we end up drinking a lot of tea to stay focused. The internet connection can be slow sometimes when we are trying to send big design files, which is frustrating. We aren't trying to be a huge corporate entity. We just enjoy the work of putting events together and making sure the logistics aren't a mess. It is a lot of coordination and simple hard work. That is just how we operate here at G-67.
