We are located in Src -3D over at Shipra Riviera in Indira Puram. If you know Ghaziabad, you know this area is always busy. Being in a residential-commercial mix like Shipra Riviera means there's always something going on outside the windows. Espot Digital Media Pvt.Ltd. isn't a giant office with hundreds of people. We’re a smaller team working on digital projects. Usually, the office is full of the sound of keyboards clicking and someone complaining about the internet speed. It’s just how it goes with digital media. We started here because Indira Puram is easy to get to for most of us. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out how to make things look right online. It’s not glamorous work, but it keeps us busy. Sometimes we order lunch from the stalls nearby and eat at our desks. We don't have a HR department with a bunch of rules or a cafeteria. It’s just a flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. We like it this way because it’s relaxed. You can wear your regular clothes and just do your job without any pressure to look corporate. We’ve been here for a bit and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit around us. It’s a decent place to be if you’re doing what we do.
