Era Group of Companies is based over in Sector 51, Noida. Specifically, we’re located at C-252 in Kendriya Vihar. It’s a well-known residential society, so the office has a very grounded, local feel to it. Working out of a place like Kendriya Vihar means we see the same neighbors every day and it doesn’t feel like a cold, industrial zone. Our office is basically a converted space that fits all our desks and filing cabinets. It’s not a high-rise with glass walls; it’s a practical environment where we focus on our various business interests. We have a small crew here, and everyone pretty much knows what they need to do when they walk in each morning. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it's just a delivery for one of the neighbors, or we have to move our cars because the parking gets tight in the society lanes. It’s all part of the daily routine. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. Instead, we have calendars and notes about things that need to be finished. We just try to stay organized and get through the work without making a big fuss about it. Being in Sector 51 is convenient for most of us, and we like that the area has everything we need nearby. It’s just a normal, hardworking office in a quiet part of town where we do our best to keep things moving.
