If you stand right opposite the bus stand, you’ll find us easily enough. Being located there means there is always a lot of movement. You hear the conductors shouting and the engines idling all day long. It’s a busy spot for a nursing college, but it makes things convenient for our students who come in from the surrounding villages and towns. Inside the building, things are a bit quieter than out on the street. We have rooms set up for different kinds of practice, with beds and medical equipment that looks a bit old but still works fine for learning. The students are usually in their uniforms, rushing between lectures and practical sessions. It’s a lot of hard work for them, and we see them studying in the corners during their breaks. The staff handles everything from admissions to managing the clinical rotations. We don't have much of a garden or anything, just the building and the sidewalk where people wait for their buses. It’s a very practical setup. We spend a lot of time talking about procedures and patient care. The lobby is usually crowded with people asking for information or students waiting for their next class. It’s a plain place where the focus is just on getting through the training so these folks can go out and find work in hospitals.
