Smeh

Smeh is a small operation based in Kamareddy, over in the Osman Pura area. Our address is H.No1-4-97, which is pretty easy to find once you are in the neighborhood and ask around a bit. We are in the Nizamabad district, and though the old address still says Andhra Pradesh, we have seen all the changes in the state lines over the years. Life here moves at a much different pace compared to big cities like Hyderabad. We mostly deal with local people and others from the surrounding parts of the district. The pin code is 503111 if you are trying to mail us something. The office is not anything special to look at, just a regular building where we handle our daily business tasks. We keep the doors open and people just walk in when they need to talk. It is a lot of conversation and sorting out papers throughout the day. In the afternoons when it gets really warm outside, things tend to slow down a little. We have been part of this community for a while, so most of the shopkeepers nearby know who we are. It is not a corporate environment at all. We sit around, drink some tea, and talk about what needs to be done. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or work by the windows. It is just how things go in this part of the country.
