Non Banking Finance

We are doing our work here in the town of Nizamabad. The name we use is Non Banking Finance. We are located right at the Manappuram Finance building. It’s a pretty well-known spot in this part of town, so most people don't have a hard time finding us. Nizamabad has its own rhythm, and we’ve fit into it over the years. We aren't a big, fancy bank with shiny marble floors or people wearing expensive suits. We are much more local and down-to-earth than that. We handle various types of financial tasks for the folks who come to see us. It involves a lot of counting, checking IDs, and making sure all the documents are in order. The office tends to get quite busy, especially on Monday mornings when everyone is trying to get things sorted for the week. We have a small area where people can wait, though it’s only got a few chairs. Sometimes it gets so crowded that people have to stand out in the hallway. We have been operating in this part of Andhra Pradesh for a long time now. The weather here is usually quite hot, so we tend to keep the windows closed to keep the dust and heat out. We don't have a massive staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We talk to people in the local language because it makes everything easier for everyone.
