Working in a place like this is different than being in a massive call center in a metro. We have a few rooms set up with the gear we need. The commute for most of us is just a short walk or a quick ride on a bike through the village roads. During the summer, it gets pretty hot outside, so we appreciate the fans inside more than anything. We deal with various BPO tasks and just try to stay on top of the work as it comes in from the clients. There is not much noise around here, maybe just some tractors or people walking by, which helps with focusing on the screen. It is a very humble setup, honestly. We do not have fancy glass walls or a cafeteria, but we usually bring our lunch from home and eat together. It feels more like a small family than a big corporate office. Being in Nizamabad means things move a bit slower outside, but inside we stay busy with the shifts. It is just a straightforward place where we show up and do our bit.
