We are based in Kamareddy, right here in Andhra Pradesh. My father, Sri Gshanker, started things off and we have been looking after property matters in this area for quite some time now. The office is a simple place where we keep records of land and buildings around town. People come to us when they are looking to buy something or if they have questions about their own property. It is a lot of walking around and checking on sites, so we aren't always sitting at our desks. The sun gets pretty hot here, so we do most of our outdoor work early in the morning or later in the evening. We know most of the people in the neighborhood and word travels fast in a place like this. We don't have any big brochures or a fancy website. If someone needs help, they usually just stop by or ask a neighbor where to find us. It’s a very local way of doing business and we prefer it that way. We deal with a lot of paperwork and government offices, which can be slow and frustrating at times. But we just keep at it and try to get the jobs finished. We are just a small local outfit doing our part in Kamareddy without making a big fuss about anything.
