Anjaneyam Earth Movers

Based out of Karepalle in Nizamabad, we spend most of our time out on sites rather than at the office at Door No: 3-65/22/2. Earthmoving is a dirty business. Our machines are usually covered in red mud or dust, depending on the season. We deal with backhoes and loaders, mostly helping people clear land or dig foundations for new buildings. It’s heavy work and something always seems to be breaking down. I spend half my life looking for spare hydraulic hoses or trying to fix a track that’s slipped off in the middle of a field. Nizamabad has a lot of rocky soil, so it’s tough on the equipment. We don’t have a big fleet, just a few reliable machines that we maintain ourselves. I don’t believe in having a fancy office with air conditioning while the guys are out in the sun. We keep the paperwork in a small room and spend the rest of the time out where the dirt is. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a clean shirt. You have to be okay with grease under your fingernails. We take jobs as they come, sometimes working through the night if a road needs to be cleared. We don’t have a marketing team; our reputation is just what people say about us after we finish a dig. It’s basic, hard work, and that’s all there is to it. We keep our tools ready and our engines running.
