Ambika Machinery Store

Ambika Machinery Store is right at 7-9-863 on Devi Road. We are directly opposite the Devi Mandir, which makes it very easy for anyone to find us. You can usually hear the bells from the temple during the day, which is a nice background sound while we work. The shop is full of different kinds of machines and spare parts. It’s a bit of a squeeze to walk through the aisles sometimes because we try to keep a lot of stock on hand for the local workers and farmers who come in. The smell of grease and metal is always in the air here. We have an old counter near the front where we talk to customers and figure out what part they need to fix their equipment. Devi Road is a busy street with plenty of foot traffic and cycles going past. We spend a lot of time cleaning the dust off the machines because the road gets quite busy. It is a simple, honest way to make a living. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or anything like that. If someone needs a tool or a motor, they come in, we find it, and they go on their way. We’ve been across from the mandir for many years now and the routine hasn't changed much. It is just about helping people get their machinery running again so they can get back to their own work.
