Vanam Info Tech Private Limited has a pretty unique location compared to most tech companies. We are based out of Villa No.5/8U on Thanthanadu Road in Kotagiri. The most helpful landmark for finding us is the Selakkal Tea Factory, which is right nearby. We are situated in the Nilgiris, specifically in the Nilgirisnilgiris643217 area. Being up here in the hills is a lot different from working in a crowded city like Chennai or Bangalore. The air is cooler, and it’s generally a lot quieter, though you sometimes hear the sounds from the tea factory. Our office is a villa, which makes for a very comfortable and non-corporate working environment. We don't have a big HR department or a glass-walled conference room. It’s just us working out of a house on Thanthanadu Road. The commute for us usually involves winding roads and a lot of green scenery, which we don't take for granted. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. Most people around Kotagiri know the tea factory, so they can usually figure out where we are. We just focus on our info tech work day in and day out. It’s a simple life up here in the Nilgiris, and we like that it reflects in how we run Vanam. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do good work from our villa. It’s a calm place that helps us stay focused on the tasks at hand without any city stress.
