Yamazen Machinery & Tools India Pvt. Ltd.

Our office is way up on the 8th floor of the Hansalaya building at 15 Barakhamba Road. Being in Flat 8A gives us a pretty good view of the heart of Delhi. Yamazen Machinery & Tools India Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this central location for quite some time. It’s a busy building with a lot of people going up and down the elevators all day. We deal with a lot of machinery and tools, but most of the heavy stuff isn’t kept here in the office, for obvious reasons. Here, it is mostly about the sales, the planning, and making sure the technicians know where they are going. We have brochures stacked up and some small tool samples on the shelves. The carpet is a little worn out in the hallway, but the office itself is kept fairly tidy. It can get a bit loud when the traffic downstairs is bad, but being on the 8th floor helps muffle it a bit. We spend a lot of our time on emails and coordinating with the main headquarters. It’s a professional enough spot but we don't act like we are better than anyone else. We are just a bunch of people who know a lot about tools and machines trying to help out our customers the best we can every day. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls, but we manage.
