We are located at 90/68 on the second floor in New Delhi. It is a pretty standard office setup for Yahoo! Web Services India. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, but mostly it just means we hear the traffic all day long. The office itself is not very large and it gets quite crowded when everyone is in at the same time. We have desks lined up and a lot of wires running across the floor that we have to be careful not to trip over. Most of us have been here for a couple of years now so we are used to the rhythm of the place. We start the day around nine and usually stay until the work is done. There is a small pantry where we keep the kettle and some biscuits. The lift in this building is quite old and shaky, so most of the staff just takes the stairs to the second floor instead of waiting. It’s better for your health anyway. The walls are a bit plain and we have some old calendars hanging up that haven't been changed in months. We don't really have a big sign out front so you have to look for the building number carefully. It is just a place where we come to get our tasks done and then go home to our families. We don’t do anything fancy here, just basic web services work that keeps the business running.
