144 Globaltech Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away in Mayur Vihar. If you know this part of town, you know it can be a bit of a squeeze getting around, especially during the evening rush. Our office is a modest space where we do a lot of our technical work. It’s not a big corporate floor with glass walls; it’s more of a place where people sit close together and talk through problems across their desks. We deal with various global tech issues, but we feel very much like a local Mayur Vihar business. There’s usually a stack of delivery boxes by the door and the smell of tea brewing in the small pantry area. We spend a lot of time on our screens, looking at code or troubleshooting remote systems. It can be tiring on the eyes, so we often take small breaks to chat about things other than work. The neighborhood has a lot of energy, and we often grab lunch from the vendors nearby. Our desks are covered in notes, old mugs, and various gadgets we are testing. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We don't really do much in the way of fancy meetings. If something needs fixing or building, we just sit down and do it. That’s the way it’s been since we started here, and it seems to work well enough for us.
