Our office is located at H - 400 on Kali Bari Marg. It’s a very central part of New Delhi, right in the heart of things near 110001. Being in such a busy area means there is always noise and movement outside. Inside, we handle a lot of business process work. It's mostly people sitting at computers and dealing with data. It’s not the most exciting thing to talk about, but it’s important work. We have people here at all hours because of the different time zones. The night shift can be a bit quiet, but the day is always a rush. We’ve got a canteen that serves okay food and plenty of coffee. The building itself is older, nothing like those new glass towers in Gurgaon. We prefer being here in the city. Most of us take the metro to get in. It’s a short walk from the station. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just process the information and make sure the clients are happy with the results. There are a lot of desks and a lot of faces. Some people have been here for ten years. Others are just passing through. We just keep the wheels turning day after day. It’s a steady rhythm we’ve got going. Sometimes the elevators are slow, but we just take the stairs and keep on moving.
