Wns is located at Flat No-18, near The Air Force Schoole in Subroto Park. It’s a bit of a unique spot to have an office, being in the Subroto Park area of New Delhi. It feels a bit different from the usual commercial districts because of the surroundings. We operate out of this flat, and it’s a pretty functional environment. There’s no big lobby or anything like that. Instead, it’s just a series of rooms where we handle our daily operations. We deal with a lot of data and travel-related tasks throughout the day. The atmosphere is generally quiet, which helps when you have a lot of paperwork to get through. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy storefront. Most of our work happens behind the scenes anyway. We spend a lot of time on the phone and coordinating different parts of the travel process. It’s a lot of routine stuff, but it’s important for making sure everything runs smoothly for the people involved. Being located near the school means we see families and kids around during the day, which gives the place a nice, local feel. We just focus on getting the work done without making a big deal out of it. It’s a straightforward way of working, and we’ve been doing it this way for quite some time now at this address. We are usually here early to get a head start.
