Our place is at 42-A/15 in New Delhi, and Swati Sinha is the name you’ll see on our records. Delhi is a huge, busy place, and our office is just one small part of it. We provide various services for other businesses, mostly handling the kind of administrative tasks that take up too much time. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few filing cabinets, and a corner where we keep the water cooler. It’s not a fancy corporate environment. We’re just a group of people who come in every day and get things organized. The street outside can be incredibly loud with all the traffic and people, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We just focus on the paperwork and the data that needs to be processed. It’s practical, everyday work. We try to keep our costs down so we don't have to charge people an arm and a leg. Most of our clients are other small businesses who just need some extra help. We don't do anything flashy. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and try to make sure there aren't any mistakes in the files. It’s a simple way of doing things that has worked for us for quite a while now. We keep our heads down and get the job finished.
