Our office is tucked away in Sector 15 of Rohini, specifically at G-10/ 45. Delhi 85 is a crowded place, but this little corner is where we do all our engineering planning. We’ve got a few desks pushed together and shelves full of old manuals and project files. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a magazine. It’s a working office. We spend hours looking at designs and talking about how to solve technical problems. Sometimes we argue about the best way to do a job, but that’s just part of how we work. Wintech Engineers Pvt Ltd isn’t about big speeches or polished brochures. We just do the math and make sure the engineering side of things is handled correctly. The tea stall nearby is where we usually go when we need a break from the computers. The traffic in Rohini can be pretty bad in the afternoons, so we try to get our site visits done early. We don't have a lot of staff, just a small group of us who have been working together for a long time. We know each other's habits and how we like our files organized. It’s a simple setup, and it works for us. We keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. People who know us know we’re just practical people trying to do a decent job every day without making a big fuss.
