Window Techs

Window Techs is based out of Tughlakabad Extension. Our place is Rz - 483/13a and you have to come up to the second floor to find us. It’s a bit of a climb but we don't mind it. The area is always buzzing with people and bikes going everywhere. We focus on windows and everything that goes with them. Sometimes the dust from the street gets in but we manage. It is a practical kind of place, nothing too fancy to look at. We spend a lot of time measuring things and talking about frames and glass types. It’s mostly just hard work and making sure the measurements are right because if they aren't, nothing fits. The stairs are narrow so we have to be careful when we are carrying stuff up. We have lived and worked around this part of Delhi for a long time. It feels like home even when it's chaotic outside. Most of our tools are kept in the corner and the office part is just a couple of desks pushed together. People usually find us by word of mouth since we are tucked away on the second floor. We just get on with the job and try to make things work for everyone who comes by. It's not a big team but we know the work. We often spend our lunch hour just watching the street life below from the small balcony we have. It’s just us doing our bit in a very busy city. It gets noisy but that's just life here and we're used to it.
