We operate out of Flat- C, Hno.106/1A in Kishangarh, which is more of a quiet residential area that’s slowly turning commercial. Wang Hospitality Equipment Private isn’t a huge operation with a showroom. Instead, we use our space to manage orders for hotel supplies and kitchen gear. There are boxes of stainless steel pans and cutlery stacked in almost every available corner. It gets a bit tricky when a big shipment of heavy ovens comes in because the street outside isn't very wide. We spend most of our time on the phone with restaurant owners or checking through catalogs to find specific parts for them. The office is just a couple of desks pushed together with a computer that’s seen better days. We don't wear uniforms or have a formal front desk. If you knock on the door, one of us will probably be eating lunch or mid-conversation with a supplier. Kishangarh has its own rhythm, and we’ve fit into it pretty well over the years. We handle everything from small spoons to large industrial refrigerators, so there’s always something different to deal with. It’s mostly just us trying to keep the inventory straight and making sure the deliveries get out to the hotels on time. It’s a steady pace, and we like it that way because it keeps us busy without too much stress. We’ve been here a long time and know the locals.
