Our little food business, Wrapster Food Pvt Lmt, is tucked away at 335Ac in Munirka. If you know New Delhi, you know how Munirka can be with all the narrow lanes and students walking everywhere. It is a pretty hectic area but it keeps us on our toes. We spend most of our time in the back area getting things ready and making sure the food is handled right. The kitchen gets hot in the summer months and we usually have a fan running that makes a lot of noise. It is not a corporate setup at all, just a group of us working together in this building. We have been here for a bit and we know the neighbors pretty well now. Sometimes the delivery bikes have a hard time finding the exact spot because the numbering in this part of Delhi is a bit confusing. We try to keep things organized but when the lunch rush starts, it gets a bit messy with all the boxes and tape. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy outside. Most people just find us because they live nearby or they have seen the name on the packages. It is hard work and the days are long, but we just keep at it. We usually close up late and then have to do it all again the next morning. It is just how it goes here in Munirka.
