Mcdonald

Our spot is a Mcdonald on Shiv Puri Street No.10, down in West Sagar Pur. It is Rz-181/396 if you are looking for the exact number on the door. It gets really crowded around here, especially in the evenings when everyone is out walking. We spend our shifts flipping burgers and keeping the fryers going. The floor gets greasy no matter how much we mop it, especially when it’s raining outside and people track in mud from the street. It is a loud place with the machines beeping and kids running around. We don't have a lot of space in the back, so we have to be careful not to bump into each other. The regulars from the neighborhood come in all the time. Some just want a soft serve and a seat for ten minutes. We have a few broken tiles near the entrance we keep meaning to fix properly. The delivery drivers are always waiting outside on their bikes, blocking the narrow street a bit. Dealing with the lunch rush is always a bit of a headache, but we manage. We aren't trying to be anything special, just a place in New Delhi-110046 where you can get a quick meal without waiting too long. Sometimes the ice cream machine acts up, and we have to tell people it’s down, which never goes over well. It’s just a normal day-to-day life here in Sagar Pur.
