Volatics Agro Private Limited is located out in Jharoda Kalan. To find us, you basically have to look for Pole No. 73. It is a landmark everyone around here knows. Being in a VPO village area means things are a bit slower than the main city, which we do not mind at all. We handle agro stuff from this spot, and it feels right being closer to the actual fields. The office is just a simple building near the pole. We do not have a lot of employees, just a handful of local guys who know the area well. We spend a lot of time outside or talking to people from the nearby villages. There is no air conditioning most of the time, just the breeze if we are lucky. We are not looking to become some massive corporation with offices in skyscrapers. This village setting suits us just fine. We started this company because we wanted to do something with agriculture that was close to home. Most days involve checking on supplies or making sure the transport is on time. It is not glamorous work. Sometimes the roads get muddy when it rains, and everything slows down. We just take it as it comes. It is a real, local business run by people who actually live here. We do not use big words or have complicated plans. We just work on getting the products moved and making sure the farmers get what they need.
